Another Step will not ship any products until the Administration Department has verified that payment has been made.
  1. The delivery will be considered made when the carrier has delivered the package to the customer and the customer has signed the delivery receipt document. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and expose all anomalies in the delivery receipt document.
  2. Another Step se compromete a enviar la mercancía en un plazo no superior a 24/48 horas. Salvo que existan roturas de stocks, cosa que el cliente siempre estará informado y en cualquier momento podrá anular el pedido con su correspondiente devolución del dinero si fuera el caso.
  3. If you place an order that includes several products with different availability, the shipment will be made according to the availability of the product with a longer delivery time. If you wish to receive the products in Stock and receive the products with a longer delivery time later, the customer must be responsible for the costs of the second shipment.
  4. The delivery times indicated by Another Step are for guidance purposes and Another Step strives to respect them as they depend not only on us but also on the transport companies. However, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation. Any late penalty clause introduced by the customer in their order is void by the application of point 1a. of these legal conditions.
  5. Another Step will always send the products by the transport company that the user chooses. However, it reserves the right to send them by any means it deems appropriate if necessary to fulfill its commitments. Shipping costs will be free to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands except for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, which will cost 24 euros.
  6. Clients from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside the European Union. These customers can place the order through the website. After registration, prices will appear without VAT. Regarding taxes and customs fees, they will be collected by the transport agency upon delivery.
    • For the Canary Islands, the transport agency will charge the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC), corresponding to 7% of the total invoice and customs management expenses, which is an approximate fixed cost of 24 euros. (may vary)
    • For Ceuta and Melilla, the carrier will charge the Tax on Production, Services and Imports (IPSI), corresponding to 10% of the total invoice and the DUA (Single Customs Document ), which is a fixed cost of approximately €24.
    The calculation of taxes is based on our experience, it may vary depending on the taxation applied by customs.
  7. We can pass any indication about the delivery time to the transport agency as a preferred time, but the final adjustment to that time depends ultimately on the agency and the delivery person who makes the delivery.

Returns

  • The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, proceeding to return the item or items, (according to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, Regulation of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19). If the return occurs within this period, the customer will bear the direct costs of the return.
  • Another Step will be responsible for the shipping costs under warranty except:
    1. Of shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands
    2. If our technicians determine that the problem may not come from the equipment or material in question, in this case the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to our facilities and we will return it free of charge to his address
  • Another Step will not accept returns if the product is not presented in perfect condition.
  • Another Step will not accept returns if the product packaging is not the original packaging and is not in perfect condition. The original packaging must be protected so that it is received in perfect condition, and the use of seals and adhesive tapes is prohibited.
  • All returns must be requested to info@anotherstep.store using the Withdrawal Form.
  • Another Step will issue a return number (RMA number).
  • Once the customer has received the RMA number, the products will be delivered to the address specified by Another Step
  • The costs of this transportation will be borne by the client.
  • Within a maximum period of 14 days of receipt of the return, Another Step undertakes to refund it.
